Emanuele A. Lauro
Chief Executive Officer
Emanuele Lauro is the Chief Executive Officer of Scorpio Holdings Limited. He is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Scorpio Tankers Inc. (NYSE: STNG). He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Cadeler (NYSE:CDLR).
Emanuele has chaired and held executive roles in various US listed as well as private entities in the maritime industry.
He is the Vice President of the Monaco Chamber of Shipping and a member of the London Advisory Board of Fordham University NY, USA. He has also served as non-executive director of The Standard P&I Club.
Robert Bugbee
President & Director
Mr. Robert Bugbee joined Scorpio in March 2009 and has served as a Director and President of the Scorpio group of companies and Scorpio Tankers Inc. since the closing of Scorpio Tankers’ initial public offering in April 2010.
Mr. Bugbee has more than 40 years of experience in the shipping industry. Prior to joining Scorpio, he was a partner at Ospraie Management LLC between 2007 and 2008, a company which advises and invests in commodities and basic industries.
From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Bugbee was employed at OMI Corporation (OMI), a NYSE-listed tanker company. While at OMI, he served as President from January 2002 until the sale of the company in 2007. Before taking on the role of President, he served as OMI’s Executive Vice President from January 2001, Chief Operating Officer from March 2000, and Senior Vice President from August 1995 to June 1998.
Preceding OMI, Mr. Bugbee had been employed by Gotaas-Larsen Shipping Corporation since 1984. During this time, Mr. Bugbee took a two-year sabbatical beginning 1987 to undertake the M.I.B. Program at the Norwegian School for Economics and Business Administration in Bergen. He also holds a B.A. (Honors) from London University.
Cameron Mackey
Chief Operating Officer & Director
Mr. Cameron Mackey joined Scorpio in March 2009 and has served as Chief Operating Officer for the Scorpio group of companies and Scorpio Tankers Inc. since the closing of Scorpio Tankers’ initial public offering in April 2010. He has also been a Director of Scorpio Tankers since May 2013.
Prior to joining Scorpio, Mr. Mackey was an equity and commodity analyst at Ospraie Management LLC from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of OMI Marine Services LLC from 2004 to 2007, and he worked in Business Development at OMI Corporation from 2002 to 2004.
Mr. Mackey has been employed in the shipping industry since 1994 and, earlier in his career, worked in unlicensed and licensed positions in the merchant navy, primarily on tankers in the international fleet of Mobil Oil Corporation, where he held the qualification of Master Mariner.
Mr. Mackey has an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a B.S. from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and a B.A. from Princeton University.
Filippo Lauro
Vice President
Mr. Filippo Lauro joined Scorpio in 2010 and serves as an executive officer with the title of Vice President. He has also served as Vice President of Scorpio Tankers since May 2015 and of Eneti Inc. from 2016 to 2023. Prior to joining Scorpio, Mr. Filippo Lauro was the founder of and held senior executive roles in several private companies, primarily active in real estate, golf course and resort development. Mr. Filippo Lauro is the brother of our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Emanuele Lauro.
